Sorry, but I don't see what is to support. Can't you confirm that
after deleting the svn2revisioninc executable and revision.inc files
from the source tree, all it takes is a rebuild to recreate them?

I did not try, because I don't think I can accurately test all circumstances. I
decided to trust you and delete the file. If it doesn't work out the way you expect,
we can always put it back.
