With new's SVN the last lazarus version ( now 10697 ) can't find the sources FPC
2.1.1 at start.
Well, if you want to use the latest SVN for fpc, you can:
a) click ignore everytime lazarus starts.
(lazarus did find the source, i think,
cos i can compile some projects that uses fcl)
b) open {LazarusDir}/ide/lazconf.pp,
remove first boolean conditional check
for fcl directory in line 276,
and rebuild lazarus. (for the time being until lazarus team
makes the decision on how to check for fcl's existence.
