That is because Lazarus cannot yet handle the new source layout of fpc
2.1.1. So use older sources.
Mattias, can you find some time to make it possible to use the new fpc
sources (with the fcl in several subdirectories of the packages)?

FWIW, if you choose the "ignore" option in the error dialog
everything works perfectly...
