In /usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1 i've

/ide
/msg
/units

And files
ppc386
sample.cfg

Exactly the same thing than in 2.0.4 directory

The major change with older version is:

/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl

was replaced by a lot of specifics directories:

/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-base
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-db
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-fpcinit
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-image
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-net
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-passrc
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-registry
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-web
/usr/local/lib/fpc/2.3.1/units/i386-linux/fcl-xml
