Reported since v.9.13. IMO, it isn't (win)api limitation since Delphi
does allow to set TComboBox's height to any values.
Then I recommend you to monitor that bug, so you will know when it is
fixed. That way you don't have to feel disappointed, if it isn't fixed
in a new release.
Feel free to dive into the code to provide a patch.
