I can imagine writing this support takes a while. If you use only one
kind of connection, you might want to try to do the replacement manually
in the fpc sources: Replace all occurrences of TConnectionName by
TMySQL50Connection. Do the same for the other macros defined in the same
place as TConnectionName.
