GDI+ is not a widgetset at all. It is a drawing library that provides
antialiasing, image scaling, etc. It is also not an extension to GDI -
Sorry for that. Re-reading my post I see my mistake. I meant a drawing library.
In that case, I agree with Felipe and Henry. Seeing that GDI is not a
widget set, the more appropriate name might be 'winapi'.
