What you could do is to give a look to the error page we get:
http://betatester.by.ru/images/si1lin.gif
and give us the translation of the "What can you do" part of it.
Maybe we could do something, if our Russian was slightly better, but
unfortunately it isn't :'(

This message (403) means "Access forbidden". It seems that my web-hoster
(http://by.ru) cut foreign traffic for web pages that are hosted on it.
I will create http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Lazarus_Projects and /
or http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Lazarus_Application_Gallery entry
shortly.
Also I will try to look for some free foreign FTP server to put there my
project archives and screenshots.
