Yes. Maybe add the column to the directive, like {%h-13} or a checksum
of the message.

Then we need to store at least a checksum of the line somewhere.
Or we store the whole hint. For example {%h-ID} and at the end of the
file a {%h:ID Hint: parameter X not used}.
