Locking controls on a from might already exist - I just couldn't spot
it. A few times before I thought Lazarus hasn't got some feature I
would have liked and then later someone mentions where it is, or what
add-on package adds that feature.
Maybe someone else will shed some more light on this topic to confirm
if it exits or not.
