It's not a report tool, per se, but you can use FPC's RtfPars unit to create an RTF document, then display it in the user's word processor. Two units that simpify this are included in the XDev Toolkit:

Plus it's already in a form that the user can then browser, edit, print or save, without any "export" step required.
