Yes, all done via the Object Inspector.
Dropped a PopupMenu component on the form. Populate it and assigned
different shortcuts the the menu items (F2, F5, Ctrl-E, etc). Linked
the TListView's PopuMenu property to the PopupMenu component and ran
the application. Right-Click on the ListView and I see the popup
menu. Press F2, F5 or Ctrl-E and nothing happens.
Selecting the PopuMenu items with the mouse and they work, so it's not
like I setup the PopuMenu component incorrectly.
