Well,

Your boss can help by investing some time and money in improving this situation.
Any help is welcome.

We are too few to handle everything. FPC, Lazarus and the LCL are a VERY complex
piece of software. Ideally, we would have a team of 50 full-time people to
handle
all of it (eclipse has even more). As it is now, we're maybe 10 people working
on
it as much as possible in our spare time.

All active help is appreciated. Comments are also appreciated, but they will
handled as time permits...

Michael.
