There were similar threads in the past and every time it came down to: All core
devels agree, but nobody wants to do it, because it does not sound like fun.
When someone volunteers we will support it. That's why Michael answers with the
funny mail - to skip the talk and come directly to missing thing: the
volunteer.
I guess, germany is ok.

About the svn mails:
That's a great idea. Although it means a lot of spam: laz 0.9.24 will contain
about 900 changes. Maybe only send a mail a day or each week?
