They are still not fixed.
True, first things first. Getting this whole thing merged and tested
took weeks, while new changes were made so more conflicts which had to
be resolved and tested etc...
Since it had been done now, some waiting patches can be applied and some
bugs can be resolved.
In 8814 (Bitmap Pattern Brushes) i uploaded a patch with the recent svn
changes
In 8550 (Create a Bitmap with predefined bits), CreateBitmap tries to
load the data directly into a PixBuf but this uses a different format
leading to the error message. Is necessary to do the same conversion
that is done in RawImage_CreateBitmaps
Yep, that routine in RawImage_CreateBitmaps was some last minute fix and
can be shared with other places where a pixbuf is filled
