I can confirm this.
I reported two bugs: 9501 and 9502
9501 is fixed in r11865.
This fix might have some sideeffect when drawing on a 32bpp bitmap.
9502 is due to wrong detection of common contols version. When you add a
manifest, yuor images will be drawn transparent.
Also the Build Lazarus dialog is broken
We (Vincent, Paul and I) cannot reproduce that, do you have a screenshot ?
