I had an initial implementation (see
http://www.hu.freepascal.org/fpcircbot/cgipastebin?msgid=1239). It
seemed to work correctly on windows 2000, but not in windows xp.
I have no time to finish it now. Can you create a bug report, so it
won't be forgotten?
### I already tried to create bugreport about TBits.Setsize method, but
i didn't receive email with registration in FPC bugtrack.
So i cannot create any bugreport. ###
