Somewhere between rev. 11937 and last svn rev. (11953) something
happened to the IDE open file dialog. If the filter is set to "any file"
then the file list is blank. Setting the filter to something else,
such as lazarus sources etc., then the filenames appear as usual.
A fix of the fixes would be welcome!
