runtime, and NumGlyps

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

AFAIK it's a bug. Waiting for the bug to be fixed, you may use in place
of TBitButton, TSpeedButton, which handles properly the NumGlyph
property (but doesn't get the focus).
