I have found a way to demonstrate the problem.
here is the protocol to reproduce the error with the last rev of
lazarus
(12641). I have not test with previous one.
- Env: Ubuntu 7.10, GTK2
- Create a new project
- Put a TImage, align alTop, strech = true
- Using the inspector, load the attached image
- This will produce a SegV
Should I open a new Bug report ?
I can confirm under windows gtk2. Please, create a new bug report.
I attached a possible patch to the bug report.
Marc, can you review it?
I will.
Thanks !!! The rev 12649 fixes the problem !
Yeah Coool ^^
:)
Some incompatibility between GTK1 and GTK2:
GTK1 fails to create a PixBuf when no colormap is given, but any other is OK
GTK2 fails to create a Pixbuf when the depth of a colormap is not OK,
while passing no colormap is OK
(and I did the most tests with gtk1 :( )
