[lazarus] shift+enter key = shift+tab key

[somat]

i used this to change the enter key to tab key :

 if Key = #13 then
 begin
      Key := #0;
      SelectNext(ActiveControl, true, true);
 end;
but i have some question, how about to change the shift+enter key to 
shift+tab key.
