I don't think there are instructions. I just made a commit where I added a new function to TWSCustomTrayIcon, called ShowBalloonHint: http://www.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi?root=lazarus&rev=12809&view=rev You can study it and see which places were altered. Would would need to do something similar. Where is ParentWindow declared?
