Under Windows, it's possible to load a PNG for a TSpeedButton for example using the object inspector. But when I load it manually btn.Glyph.LoadFromFile(myFile), I've got "TBitmap.ReadStream: Invalid bitmap format (bmp,xpm,ico)"

It  works fine under Linux/GTK2 But not under Windows.

Is there a simple way to load it without generating BMP from my PNG files ?
