I've been using pasdoc for a while, but was wondering if there were benefits of
FPdoc over pasdoc. I've read over the docs for FPDoc some and I am still not
certain how it works. According to docs, a big benefit sported is not
obfuscating the source with comments, but I'm not sure about that benefit since
comments are needed in much of my source anyway.
