the script and the "Build all" in the Tools menu.
Yes, from my experience, there's a subtle semantic difference between
"make all" in the script and "build all" in the IDE ;-)
"Make all" actually means "make a lot of things, leaving out what you
really need".
"Build all" means "Build all, except the starter, sometimes".
On the other side "Make clean" cleans up better.
