Zero time. This checkbox exists:Menu: Project|Compiler options Tab: 'Linking' Checkbox: 'Strip symbols from Executable (-Xs)' So what is the problem ?
You cant debug after this if you just strip debug code from lcl you can debug you App and Executable is small.
Its an great Option.
