Hi, I am the person which has developed the biggest part of Carbon-LCL framework. Every contribution is welcomed. There is no special mailing list concerning Carbon - you can use this one or you can write directly to me. You can find some notes in wiki: http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Carbon_interface_internals. You can build IDE for Carbon (http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Carbon_interface_FAQ#How_can_I_rebuild_LCL_or_Lazarus_IDE_for_Carbon_interface_via_terminal.3F) and search for bugs and fix them if you can. You can also look at reported bugs (http://www.freepascal.org/mantis/view_all_set.php?type=3&source_query_id=1018) and try to fix them and send patches.
