I didn't put this functionality because a good reason... There are some embedded profiles with no name. That is, the software that embed the profile, sometimes strip the name before embedding. However, the embedded profile takes precedence, so, you could specify -idefaultprofile.icm and in this way all tiffs without embedded profile will take this one, whilst tagged ones would behave normally. Anyway, this is a good idea. I will try to add name extraction on next release.
