I assume folks over here are more color sensitive than other groups. Hence I decide to post a question here.
I have a grayscale image. No fancy stuff. Just plain grayscale. I place the image into Acrobat PDF, then printed it. I opened the image in Photoshop, then printed it. The output is quite different. Acrobat print was darker than PhotoShop. I assume either application was doing some fancy profiling to the image. But the question is which one did correctly? I mean if I send the PDF to RIP, which image will be closer to what RIP will produce? -- With regards Phillip Pan ----------- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Etnus, makers of TotalView, The debugger for complex code.
