I've actually managed to do what I need to do using the Little CMS Measurement Tool, however it's a bit of an indirect method, which involves importing the Lab data into Photoshop and creating an image which the Measurement Tool can then open. This results in a slight loss of precision.  If anyone knows a more direct way to do this, please advise, but I'm able to proceed with what I'm doing now.

Can anyone recommend a way to convert lots of measurements from Lab to XYZ? I don't want to write a program to do this if I can help it. :)
