Dear all, Please excuse my ignorance, I'm new to Linux and not a programmer. I'm afraid it's a very simple problem that I'm fighting with:
Although having installed Qt, lcms, and gcc, I'm not able to install of lprof-1.09 properly. The error message is: cannot find -lkdeui (see below). I'm working with SuSE 8.1 prof. and KDE3. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Christoph ~> make USE_KDE=yes CC=gcc all [....] gcc -L/lib -L../../src -L/lib main.o qtlcmswidgets.o qtmeasurementtooldialog.o qtmeasurementtooldialogbase.o moc_qtmeasurementtooldialog.o moc_qtmeasurementtooldialogbase.o moc_qtlcmswidgets.o -o kmeasurementtool -lkdeui -lkdecore -lkio -lqt -llprof -llcms -lm /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-suse-linux/3.2/../../../../i486-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lkdeui collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [kmeasurementtool] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/opt/lcms/lprof-1.09/qt/qtMeasurementTool' [...] ~> ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: eBay Great deals on office technology -- on eBay now!
