[Lcms-user] making the target reference file...

I have a data file for a DryCreek target.  I want to convert it to the 
format of the file required by qtscannerprofiler for profiling the 
scanner.  I have made a print fro it on a calibrated printer. I will use 
this as a calibration target for the scanner...
