Hallo Marti,
a really great working code.

I tried the icc2ps.exe for generating
CSA's ans CRD's on 4 different Printers,
not only the white Problem is fixed,
also the Gradation of single colors
(0% Cyan up to 100% Cyan) is really smooth
and much better than before.

When it is possible to to download
a release patch to 1.11?
