Hi,

Yes... in the new profiler you have a lot more control. Just take 
any *.ITT file, and edit it with any text editor. 33 points should be 
enough for anything. Yes, you can use more points, but you are
going to make no improvements at all. Probably this would worse 
the profile. In my testings, 17 points is enough in most cases.

We still have to try them. We will use them in a "strange" way (to make
absolute colorimetric measures), so we still don't know if even a 33 point
CLUT is accurate enough for our purpose ...
About this, I noticed that in the new profiler the size of the CLUT is no
more user-selectable: does the size depend only on the "CLUTPOINTS" entry in
the presets (.ITT) file ? Can this value be set to a value higher than 33 ?
