Well, I have Ed Giorgianni book that, from times to times, I open up and come back to. But that it too general, it does not talk specifically enough about the ICC or Photoshop or printing. The best I have found are still real Word Color Management by Bruce Fraser and Abbhay Sharma's Understanding Color management. But there's no perfect book for graphic arts yet. That's still to be written. It would be a collection of bits of knowledge from many people on this list and elsewhere.
