I dont think so yet, as not all the cards they support will do float rendering. Its possible that they do on cards that support it, but a lot of the GL based rendering is still not implemented, clearly to be introduced in future releases.

I have an application later in the year that will require real time high resolution conversion from greater than 8 bit depth images, so would be interested in working on hardware conversions. I am not a colour expert but I have done a fair amount of Cg programming. The gard things are really how to design a library that has on-card support, falls back to software correctly, and doesnt only support colour conversion if other parts of the system also want to use the hardware. And supporting different varieties of hardware...
