I've just added a check for this via GetDeviceCaps(printerdc,COLORMGMTCAPS) and am logging it along with PRINTER_INFO_2.pDriverName in the anonymous stats that one of my comerical apps use ... it will be interesting to see if any printer drivers actually support this.

so far, the following support CMYK

Kyocera Mita FS-C8026N KX
Adobe PDF Converter

where as all the various domestic 'prosumer' printers that I have checked, such as Epson R800 and HP 7960 and Canon iP8500, do not.
