The dates are fixed for the GIMP conference 2006, and it's a departure
from previous events...
The GIMP conference isn't just about the GIMP this year. Over 3 days, we
will have 2 days of presentations of free software in graphics - from
Scribus to the GIMP, through Krita, Inkscape and Blender. And the third
day is completely unplanned - have meetings, brainstorming sessions,
hackfests, or just chat. The facilities are available all day.
We would live to see some littlecms people there too - hopefully, there
will also be a presence from OpenICC and GimpPrint - we can make this a
real free graphics love-in. If someone from the project is interested in
giving a talk on colour, and the use of colour profiles in graphics
apps, that would be wonderful too.
