No, it does not. Managing the application of profiles is the task of a color management system and LCMS is not a color management system. LCMS provides the transforms that a CMS would need to use. So you can build your own CMS based on it.

I believe that Graeme Gill has had a CMS in the works for a long time as part of his Argyll CMS project.
