You can do that, but it is not so easy. Let's assume you have
a colormap operating in RGB -> RGB. You could embed this
colormap in a devicelink profile. This can be done by using the
proper functions, see the examples mktiff8.c, mkcmy.c,
itufax.c and mkgrayer.c in the samples directory.
But then, how to obtain an output profile from that is so clear.
If you have a profile for the input/output RGB spaces,
then you could use icclink. But just using sRGB will not work
unless you know for sure the devicelink is operating on sRGB
space. Or maybe this is the case?

I have an rgb lut that I use in Shake to display things with a certain
coloring applied. I would really like to have this lut working as an ICC
profile so that I can view and manipulate images in Photoshop.
I am quite new to lcms and I am unsure how to create what I want. I did a
search in the archives and found a similar question which got the answer of
using a device-link profile with the rgb-rgb transform then use icclink to
link it to sRGB. This sounds exactly like what I need, but I'm not sure how
to get my lut into the device link profile.
Any advice really appreciated,
