Hi Thomas, "-ip" was just meant as example - you can of course use the intent and gamut mapping options you need or like. I suggest to use the "-kx" black generation in conjunction with "-f" though, to get smoother CMYK transitions from K-only gray (for neutral colors) to colors which are close to neutral. Also don't forget to specify the desired ink limit to avoid putting down too much toner and possibly damaging the printer's fuser.
