Maybe I didn't describe my problem clearly, I didn't mean that my project 
require the particular IDEs, I just means I am used to working with VC MFC 
programming. The codes take use of too much C style functions, especially in 
error handling,such as "sprintf"...
   
  If i want to call some of the functions, i have to rewrite them in VC MFC 
functions,
       ig, replace "sprintf" with "AfxMessageBox" or something, so as to use 
them in my MFC programmes. I wonder if anyone else encounters the same problem?

LCMS comes with support for various IDEs in its Projects subdirectory. 
For example, Projects/VC7 and Projects/VC2005.

While "command line" may seem crude, the Unix shell script approach 
works (or can be made to work) virtually everywhere. I tremble when I 
encounter projects which require some particular IDE since they are 
all different, even among the ones from Microsoft.
