Any member of the list might have their email filtered via this service. It places a burden on whoever posts to the list. Best advice is that members who use this service do not need to see your posting so you can simply ignore the request to confirm it. SPAM is definitely a real problem. I receive 2200 SPAM emails per day at my mail address.
