Hi all, as the Python bindings are (at least as seen from my perspective) not really 100%, I've been thinking about creating some alternative bindings that would be based on the Python ctypes module. This is in the default modules shipped with recent Python versions, so it removes a dependency to SWIG. Additionally all bindings can be implemented in pure Python, rather than yet another (cryptic) wrapper API.
Any comments? Anyone interested in joining me in this approach? Guy -- Guy K.
