Good to hear about the release of lcms 1.18. Thanks a lot for the Beta!
I think, though, that it would be nice to have a couple of small
glitches fixed in the code before it gets released:
1) in tifficc.c, in the PackTIFFLab8 () function, the command (line 949)
wOut[2] = (wOut[2] + 0x0080) >> 8;
"overflows" when wOut[2] is equal to 255, and gets assigned a 0.
In practical terms, yellows get turned to blue.
2) in cmsio1.c, the function ReadEmbeddedTextTag() should return the
numbers of bytes left (to be read) on the tag.
However, in the case of "icSigTextType:" this is not accomplished, for
it is returning the bytes actually read.
