OK, but therefore (as theoretically the PCS is unbounded) the CMS (in this 
case LCMS) should not perform any gamut limiting tasks. And it should just 
pick up then the A2B0 table and perform away as if it was an A2B1 table. 
Correct? So I just need to make sure that the tool generating the profile 
(Argyll in this case) will write a table to A2B0 that is suitable for a 
relative colourimetric intent that would otherwise appear in an A2B1 table.
