You can't. As you neither can revert to matrix-shaper on
a profile that has both colorant-curves and BtoA0 tags. But
that should not be a problem. BToA should be a limited precision
version of BToD, it happens that lcms chooses to do bi itself this
downscaling. It does same on black point, gamut tag, preview tag
and postScript generation.
