Yes, that is. The reason is because in lcms1 all possible optimization 
was to precalculate a LUT table. In this way cmsFLAGS_NOTPRECALC did 
inhibit the creation of such LUT.
On lcms2, there are a number of possible optimizations, that includes 
but are not limited to precalculation. Therefore I changed the symbol 
name to make evident what is happening.
There are a few more changes like that.
