I think the "CTI1" is the sheet identifier, and should appear only once in the very first line of the file. So, having a type identifier in line 13 seems a syntax error to me. Now I'm attending CIC and Graeme is also here, so I will talk with him about the issue. The obvious workaround is to delete the line, but that would need some preprocessing and I guess that is not what you need.
