Right. But amazing enough, some CMM detects the old sRGB and hot fixes it to the new way. Skeptical? Just try absolute colorimetric on Photoshop to see what I'm talking about. ACE seems to ignore non-D50 white point on display profiles. Changing the profile is not enough to get the old functionality back...
